usage instructions:
1. go to blogger layout
2. before edit you must download your old template to protection
3. give [V] Expand Widget Templates
4. copy then paste the file template4u in your edit html
   (replace your old html with template4u, if u can't open the file template4u.xml,
    u can open template4u.xml with notepad/ frontpage/ dreamweaver)
5. edit html with the script: (edit this) replace with your keyword or name of your title
   {please do not change the html word, except "edit this" to avoid from error}
6. if blogger say:
  Please confirm that the following widgets should be deleted.
  All the widgets' configuration data will be lost.--->ignore it
7. confirm n save or save template
8. go to page element n edit header to upload the file image
   (evolution123,heart123, makemoney123 or another image do you like) & save

9.  add a gadget do you want like: followers, blogroll, profil,translate,etc
